Who this Reddit marketing training is for

This Reddit marketing training is for people who want to take part in Reddit themselves, openly, on behalf of a brand:

  • In-house marketers who own Reddit or want to start
  • Founders and small teams without a dedicated community manager
  • Content and community specialists adding Reddit to their work
  • Anyone who wants to represent a brand on Reddit with the connection disclosed

This is training. You'll do the work yourself.

Not for you if you want guaranteed traffic or leads, you're looking for someone to post for you, or you want to get around subreddit rules.

The approach: organic, rules-first Reddit marketing

A legitimate Reddit marketing course should teach you to disclose your connection to the brand, follow both the Reddit Rules and each subreddit's rules, and work from one secure brand or employee account. It should reject account networks, bought or "warmed-up" accounts, vote manipulation, and ban evasion, and it shouldn't promise results. The Lurk to Lead course, still in development, is built on these principles.

Our organic Reddit marketing course will be built on four principles. They come from how Reddit itself works, not from tricks.

  1. 01

    Disclosed participation

Say openly that you represent a brand, so people know who they're talking to.

  2. 02

    Subreddit rules first

Every community has its own rules and its own moderators. Read them before your first post, and follow them after.

  3. 03

    One honest account

Work from a single brand or employee account. No networks of accounts, no vote manipulation, no ban evasion. The official Reddit Rules cover spam and manipulation.

  4. 04

    Useful contributions over promotion

Add to the discussion first. A comment that answers the question is worth more than one that pitches.

We'll share the detailed course scope with the waitlist first.

Reddit marketing course FAQ

Is this a Reddit Ads course?

No. The Lurk to Lead course is about organic Reddit marketing, meaning unpaid, disclosed participation in communities, not running Reddit Ads. It is still in development with no launch date, and you can join the waitlist to hear first. For Reddit Ads, see how an Ads course compares with organic training.

When does the course launch?

We haven't set a date yet. Waitlist members will hear first, as soon as we have something to share.

How much will the course cost?

There's no price yet. Waitlist members will hear first once we have one.

What will the course cover?

The course isn't built yet, so there is no syllabus to show. It is planned around four principles: disclosed participation, subreddit rules first, one honest account, and useful contributions over promotion.

Will you run Reddit for us?

No. The course teaches you to do it yourself. If you need help right now, you can book 1:1 advisory or start with a Reddit audit.

Can the course guarantee results on Reddit?

No. Results depend on your product, the communities you join, and the work you put in. Nobody can honestly guarantee reach, upvotes, or leads on Reddit.

Is Lurk to Lead affiliated with Reddit?

No. Lurk to Lead is an independent company. We use the name "Reddit" only to describe the platform the course is about.
